Storberro

On the Mislebon River in central Damargann lies the city of Storberro. Famous for the battle against the pirate captain Cortas Runewolf in which the town prevented the pirates first from sacking the city, but also from continuing upriver to some of the lesser defended settlements. During the battle Runewolf's ship was set on fire, and he was seen dying while trying to save his ship. The other pirate crews fled back down the river, and the city and the area were saved. Each year on the anniversary of the battle, the city has a festival celebrating the victory, topping it off with a burning of a ship.
