Timburn
A town on the edge of Lake Tim in Sernas. The town has decent agricultural development, and excellent fish resources from the lake that allow it to thrive. The town was originally a border fort, but the first lords of Timburn saw it's potential if the land could be cleared and plowed, so they brought in settlers with the promise of no taxes for the first 5 years, as long as they worked to clear the forest and plant crops. Those lords were removed by the former Baron of Sernas once it was discovered that no taxes were being collected. The current lord of Timburn, makes sure to collect the taxes, but te people remember when once there was no taxes.
