Utiarm

A small town in the Barony of Qosx at the headwaters of the Waika River. Utiarm sits on a minor trade route, and has a ford for crossing the river, making it a good stopping place for merchants.  There are several inns and taverns in town to accommodate merchants, but most of them close down during the winter months when traffic is much lower.
One tavern that stays open is the "Fat Walrus", they make a dark ale using the waters of the Waika, that is considered the best in the Barony.  Fat Walrus is also the name given to the tavern keeper who is rather rotund, and has a large mustache, that quite resembles a walrus. His real name is Af Dordun.
