Wyrmerlor Invercir the Learned
The Count of Zelatr, Wyrmerlor presides over one of the smallest and least populated counties in the Empire of Kyrnia. Once, Zelatr was a gateway into the Taradol Mountians and the Dwarven Kingdoms within, and all their riches that left the kingdoms in trade. But now the county is all but abandoned, and the few communities that there are farm and ranch.
Count Wyrmerlor has tried many things to bring back prosperity to his lands, but nothing has helped. Most years there are just enough crops to get by, and some years there are not, and money has to be spent to purchase food for his people. More and more people move away each year, and more buildings are abandoned.
Recently, Count Wyrmerlor has sent word out to other provinces to try and convince adventurers and treasure hunters to come and try their luck explorer the lost Dwarven Kingdoms, but few have responded.
