Book of Fourth Age Runes

This carefully preserved document contains writing from the Fourth Age. Translations are incomplete, but it is believed to be a sort of spell book meant to be passed from one magic user to another upon the mastery of its contents. 
There is a fringe theory that this is actually some form of holy text, passed to the Physical Realm from the Gods, but this is largely dismissed as nonsense as there is nothing that has been translated in the book which would make this theory plausible. This has not stopped a small cult from rising up around the book, however. 
The cult often demands to be allowed access to the book, but have yet to attempt to take it by force. Still, it is kept under guard, just in case.
