Undead Doll

A theoretical item which would be used to store the soul of someone within a construct. The soul would be able to control this new body in theory, but just as likely, they would be completely trapped within it, unable to move. 
This is not something that has been known to be attempted by anyone. The soul is only capturable for a brief window after a violent death, so it is unlikely someone would have what they need to attempt this ritual upon the death of their loved one. For this item to be created, one would have to kill someone explicitly to turn them into an undead doll. This is, of course, illegal, so if it has been done, only a fool would speak about it.
