The Archfjell

And upon the Shattering, the Lord of lords came and revealled himself to us. His presence, wonderfuly horrible, beaconned us to serve and appease. And thus we serve the Lord and the lord grants us his blessings and his terrible hunger.
— Jöns Grygory, Grand Feeder of Apollyon

Geography

By far the largest peak of the Panndorsal, it stands nearly 11 km above sea level. It holds an intricate system of tunnels that run like a maze through the whole structure which chanel winds and produce constant low noise. It is also the source of most of the area's sysmic activity.   Because of those characteristics, a religious group, calling themselves the Feeders of Apollyon, has gathered at its base worshiping it, sacrificing captured victims or voluntaries to the mountain by trhowing them down the tunnels in order to appease the mountain god.

Fauna & Flora

The vegetation is mostly the same as that found all over the Panndorsal with pine like tres and large shrub like lichens. The fauna is also similar to the rest of the Panndorsal, with the addition of a large population of Corpuscular Maws (see numenera bestiary 2, page 36 print), which the Feeders worship as Apollyon envoys.
