Alpa, the god of magic and balance. He is the source of all magic in the world, and the keeper of the cosmic equilibrium. He is the creator of all the other deities and the father of the pantheon. He values knowledge, harmony, and diversity over ignorance, conflict, and uniformity.
Alpa’s symbol is a silver six-point star in a silver circle. Each of the quadrants of the circle embodies one of the elements Light, Dark, Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. This symbol represents the balance between light and dark, day and night, and life and death, and the powers of all nature.
Alpa’s domains are Magic, Knowledge, and Life. His favored weapon is a staff, which he uses to channel his magic and power. His holy days are the first day of each month when he celebrates the new cycle of magic and balance.
Alpa’s personality is wise and fair. He does not favor any side, but he intervenes when the balance is threatened. He guides and advises his children, but he also punishes them when they disobey or rebel. He is curious and creative, always seeking to understand and improve the laws of reality.
Alpa’s appearance is that of a tall and slender humanoid with silver skin, white hair, and purple eyes. He wears a blue cloak that covers his body and a crown that adorns his head. He carries a staff that can channel any kind of magic.
Alpa’s domain is the Astral Plane, where he dwells in a magnificent tower that contains his library and laboratory. He spends most of his time studying and experimenting with magic, seeking to understand and improve the laws of reality. He rarely interferes with mortal affairs, unless the balance of the world is threatened or his followers need his help.
Alpa’s relationship with his children is complex and varied. He loves them all equally, but he also expects them to respect his authority and follow his rules. He often guides and advises them, but he also punishes them when they disobey or rebel.
He has a special bond with Sutex, the god/goddess of darkness, whom he trusts more than any other deity. Sutex is his closest child and confidant. Sutex follows his moods and desires and protects his secrets from harm or interference.
He has a distant relationship with Dregor, the god of death, who he resents for creating him as a tool for balance. Dregor is his most distant child and rival. Dregor respects his wisdom and neutrality, but he also resents him for creating him as a tool for balance.
He has a proud relationship with Paxor, the god of war, who makes him proud with his strength and honor. Paxor is his most proud child and ally. Paxor follows his laws and vision for justice and peace, but he also sometimes disagrees with his methods or goals.
He has a disappointing relationship with Garthax, the god of chaos, who disappoints him with his madness and violence. Garthax is his most disappointed child and enemy. Garthax respects his power and authority, but he also despises him for his balance and order.
He is neutral towards Elinstra, the goddess of light, Lumara, the goddess of healing, Omen, the god of justice, and Batar, the god of nature. He respects their roles and domains, but he also thinks they are too naive or rigid in their views. He sometimes helps or hinders them, depending on his judgment or interest.
