Faultless

"Faultless" is the catch-all term for those that carry the suite of genetic alterations common among the interplanetary affluent. The major houses each have an unique physical trait that distinguishes member from the average citizen.

Biological Traits

The faultless geneline includes a number of quality of life improvements. Sterilized digestive system, robust immune system, minimal body hair, and are generally attractive. Beyond that, the genome has been scrubbed of hereditary diseases, and has added predisposition for athleticism and intelligence.

Genetics and Reproduction

During normal sexual reproduction, any offspring inherits the entire suite of altered genes from the mother. This ties the children to the mother's clan regardless of the sire. The Faultess suite is particularly well adapted for gestation in an Exowomb. This the central factor in the success in the Eternal Scion practice of the Houses.
