Reincarnate Promise, Vorehem's Voyage
After the destruction of humanity by Taopin and the Indictment attempt from Bailum, a great divisin grew between the gods. However, Silset convinced Taopin to seek forgiveness. Taopin went to Bailum, saying he could bring back every human he had killed via reincarnation. Taopin, though he was a god, had no true domain at this point. He was the youngest brother of his three siblings and had yet to find his place.
Bailum, hoping for human redemption, agreed with Taopin. The three brothers, Bailum, Chaimut, and Taopin went to the heavens, seeking out wisdom from Ornjack (now titled "The Architect"). Ornjack said that if they strayed from his web and traveled the Waters of Taev, they would find the "Well of Heien." If they drank from this well, it would give Taopin the domain he desired.
From here, the three brothers sought to build an incredible galley which could survive the voyage. They went to Bailum's oldest daughter, Wenlen, to build it. The indestructible craft was named "Vorehem." They sailed Vorehem through the Serpent's body, coming out the other side of the Ornjack's orb. From here, they traveled throughout the waters of Taev, fighting many devils and eldritch horrors along their voyage.
At century's end, Vorehem arrived at the Well they sought, where they met the mighty Heien. With a thousand arms and eyes of light, Heien seized their boat, seeking to destroy them. As Vorehem refused to crack under the weight of the horrific creature, Heien slowed his attacks. He asked how they crafted a ship so resilient.
With much wisdom, Bailum knew that Heien wished to gain something so indestructible. Perhaps for armor, perhaps for travel. Bailum said that it was crafted by Ornjack. Heien had heard this name and falsely believed that his title (the architect) had to do with this craftsmanship.
Bailum led Heien back to Laminarum and Ornjack, knowing a great battle would ensue. This became true, as Ornjack refused to let outside devils or gods into Laminarum. Ornjack managed to encase Heien in a shell of web and stone, but the blinding light of his eyes still shone through the orb. Ornjack was angered by Bailum's betrayal but refused to do anything at the time. Ornjack simply said the following:
"My children hang your sky, my webs hold your world. Now, Heien show mount your night. Should you betray me again, take advantage of my kindness again, then my foul egg shall hatch, and my children of light and web shall consume your world."
This orb, a prison and breeding ground, contains Heien. It is now better known as the moon of Laminarum.
After these events, Taopin could drink from the unguarded well. He gained his domain of reincarnation and fulfilled his promise of all deceased humans returning to Laminarum one day.

Summary
The first sailing of Vorehem along the Water's of Taiv, where Taopin became the god of reincarnation to appease his brother. The first sighting of Heien, and the creation of the moon.
Historical Basis
The moon is bright and lights the night, so many presume something inside of it must be producing this light. From here, astrologists decided that it must be Heien, an old mythological being of light. Star storms only came through the metaphysic streak in the sky, so the moon must have come from here as well. Further, it explains where all of the human souls have come from (an old, dead civilization).
Cultural Reception
This story combines old and modern view of Ornjack. Though there is not a formal explanation for why Ornjack is alive within the modern versions, most assume that he cannot be killed and simply rebuilt himself over time within the Waters of Taiv. His lack of hostility towards the brothers is depicted as humility as a result of losing his fight with Taopin, and a peace brokered by creating a wife for the Brothers to fight over. People who prescribe to the White-Rock version believe that they were never on poor terms to begin with, and only became (potential) enemies after Bailum's trickery.
In Literature
Many children tales speak of Heien's corpse hanging over the night, and that if Ornjack sees any children misbehaving, that he will hatch the egg. The little spiders inside would then rain onto the world, destroying it.
