The joining of Four major powers with promises of fulfilling each other's interests and protecting one another as the paranoia of war was reaching its peak.

When Eyiliv was certain of his new allies, he met with the leaders of the other forces to make the alliance official. A small outpost in Northern Mot D'nir was created where an agreement was found and the following forces united:   Kadelkonatl, with his Kaban and Marsh Orc forces   Eyiliv Feneyl, with his Western Elves and magic   General Izara, with his Ocean Pride fleet   Broodmother Vetheres, with her congregation of Naga-Tel   The forces were relatively small compared to their opponents, but they possessed much greater power with their wide magic access.
