The Waning Rock Revolution

A period of increased usage of Waning Rocks by the people of the Western Elvish Kingdom.

As time went on and the people saw the powers achievable by waning rocks as was clear with the Waning Keep, it quickly popularized in their culture. Research on the subject would become common in Ilobel, with many scholars turning their careers towards studying and documenting the properties of the rocks. While it was effective enough as a weapon (be it an arrow, sword, etc.) many individuals were able to unlock its inner abilities, resulting in displays such as the Waning Keep itself. Anything from levitation to invisibility, transmutation, etc.   Eventually, books from Fjordstrond architects would be acquired and lead to an infrastructure revolution for Ilobel specifically. Combinations of rudimentary engineering and Waning Rocks would lead to advanced technology for the people (and somewhat safer usage of the waning rocks) that still astound today.
