Diplomatic action
The period in which a high portion of Thiff's population and the entire Drulluvatn-Saltkrigere force (including Hamish himself) prepared to destroy Ravahinas.
Upon the spiritual conflict of Thiff, most of the population (aside from children and a few caretakers) went within the realm of the Quai to meet the Saltkrigere. While the large amounts of Tara-Jhen approaching the camps seemed intimidating, Gidofem Ettaji quickly explained the purpose of their arrival. With little time to plan, he said his own forces would begin a slow assault on Ravahinas, burning deposits of gas and pelting arrows until better forces for breach arrived. Clearly blinded by anger, his plan was hardly sufficient. Hamish proposed a better plan. All of the forces would see that huge portions of the surrounding lands would be burned to the ground. This would prevent the Ravahinasi from using the local wildlife against them. Spies would then watch the land and lumber would be used to build archery towers, serving purely as a distraction. Truly, the plan was grander than that (and considered impossible by many). Ravahinas existed just southeast of modern Goldwalk. North, is a small lake connected to a river, which further upland leads to the modern day "Taopin's Well." Much of the river below the Well is rocky full of canyons, which prior were dry and dead. Much of the Saltkrigere (and Thiff forces) were directed to begin an extreme digging excursion just beneath the Well. Many months were spent on this, but it proved worth it as the invading forces would face very few casualties. Supposedly, the redirection of water would raise the water levels, which were rather low in Mot D'nir, and allow their ships to make way in the Ravahinas territory.
