Eldurgrund and Gullivegur Spy on Thiff, Establish Vhan Kath

The reformation of an old Thanid settlement under the name "Vhan Kath" in order to get Thiff back.

Worried by the reaches in power made by Eyiliv, the Baron of Eldurgrund wanted to take drastic action to start regaining territory. Working with the new Gidofem of Gullivegur, they put together a spy force and made a series of military camps in the old settlement of Vhan Kath, across from Thiff. Kadelkonatl's lack of presence was their only advantage, but it was still up to question whether or not it could simply arrive via the Quai.   At the time, they were more worried about setting up a functional, yet well-hidden base. The ruins of the ancient city went deep beneath the ground, where they mostly stayed. During the establishment, Jerborg was working on several new creations to help in the war. By the end of the settlement's establishment, they were gifted several catapults and trebuchets, which were the first of their kind.
