The short lived spiritual disaster amongst the Tara-Jhen of Thiff, brought on by their Naga-Tel guests.

Once planting the tree-sand within the regions of Quai, the trees grew with a vigor unseen before among any plant in history. Onlookers claimed that they grew to the size of thirty feet or larger in less than a minute. The roots of the trees expanded far and wide, taking the entire Quai territory of Bito Ri in less than thirty minutes. Even the Naga-Tel spies felt a deep despair upon seeing the Quai disappear within the spread of the trees.   Seemingly nothing could be done and the entirety of Bito Ri became overgrown and its Quai disappeared entirely. The spread came to a slow after that point. It was also written that a large group of Tara-Jhen had been within the realm when the territory succumbed and they were never seen again, lost to the realm of the Quai.   The regions was put on high alert and though most of the Naga-Tel escaped, two were captured and were coerced into spilling the details of their plan. Over time, the trees were shaved down, but were found to regrow from their stumps quickly. Later, it was noticed that the Quai in other nearby regions began to retreat as well, regardless of contact with the devouring roots.   Thinking their dominance may be at stake, Gidofem Etaji declared an immediate all-out war with Ravahinas and quickly repaired ties with the Saltkrigere. Most of Thiff was conscripted in this holy war.
