Calliope Neerpetal is the halfling who runs the locksmith's in the Neverwinter Merchant's Quarter - Tumblers and Keys. She seems to be a quiet, almost sullen girl, who rarely engages in conversation with her customers. In reality, she is a member of the local Thieves Guild.
