Donn Ingram - The Tempered Blade

The owner and operator of the Tempered Blade - the weaponsmith in the Neverwinter Merchant's Quarter. He is a highly skilled smith, who specialises in melee weapons. He is a scholar of ancient and exotic weapons, being interested in the craftsmanship of quality weapons. He is also a believer that the history of it's use is imprinted into a weapon. As such, he can be quite stern if he feels people do not properly respect their weapons. He is capable of, and willing to, work on commission to craft unique weapons for customers.
