Letho: Bebelith Scales Under Armour
Letho took the Bebelith Scales to the armorer Raven Cathloy at Blaze of Glory. She investigated the scales, and discovered that they are very weak and flexible when in sunlight. But in darkness, tiny black tendrils come out of holes in the material, and knit together like ivy to reinforce the structure.
Raven and you suggested she could incorporate the Bebelith Scales into an under-armor to offer some additional protection
