Karrie
Karrie, a Yassoni woman in the far ancient Empire of Alaghat in the northeast parts of the land. Trained for efficiency, greatness, and brutality from childhood, Karrie grows into a fearless young warrior.
Tales of the advanced mechanical wonders of Alaghat have reached the far corners of the world, yet this empire is still shrouded in mystery. A strange humanoid race lives at the heart of this land– the Yasson. Though human in form, their feet are shaped like those of wild beasts. This peculiar trait grants them extraordinary agility in battle from the moment they're born. With this and their skill in crafting mechanical equipment, the Yasson conquered other kingdoms and turned the realm into a glorious civilization.
And into this grand empire was born a child named Karrie. She showed remarkable talent at an early age, training every single day until she became a formidable leader in the imperial army. But all that strain took a heavy toll on her mind, purging her of all emotions and turning her into a machine devoid of a soul.
However, during a battle, she overestimated her skills, a mistake that almost cost Karrie her life. But then, a prophet from another race came to her aid and injected his consciousness into her mind. Since then, a strange voice started speaking inside her head, claiming that the doom of the empire was at hand and that the Yasson would soon be no more.
Karrie found it hard to believe what she heard. Undoubtedly, an empire as mighty as Alaghat would not yield so readily. But upon returning home, she slowly started to suspect that the voice might be telling the truth. Seeking to find answers that could save her empire and grant her redemption for her defeat, Karrie chose to believe and came to the Land of Dawn.
What fate awaits her in this new land?
