City State of Cubasa

A corporate driven and owned paradise city. Drenched in the influence of tea, narcotics and medicial herbs; the city is a beast all of it's own.

A lot of architecture across the city is based around fungus and mushrooms. Particularily, the city is driven by a drug/medical merchant organization known as 'Ordan Herbalistic'. Strangely, despite being officially undiscovered, many of the more prominent Alwynter Confederacy merchants have accounts with their off-shore banks.
