He was once the keeper of the Anchor of Alwynter in the Black City. Though his true face is unknown, he was known to be a friend of Keeper Anika Ifrit.
He died a few years before the summoning of Palanthir Urayen, and was succeded by his killer. Lacking in knowledge, her taking his place and name made it much easier for the Estmaní to summon Palanthir Urayen in the Black City.
