Orc Tribe of Rakhul

A tribe of Orcs in what is called the 'Uncharted Lands'. Their head of state is King Xerxes Rakhul. 
Rakhul, unlike the Alwynter Confederacy is dominated by Orcs. It is moreso wild and tribal, but even so, it is not above adopting technology in spite of it, and in fact does so especially in terms of locating and eleminating their longest enemy; the Almachi.
