Palanthir Urayen

One of the more significant forms of Almachi, the Palanthir called Urayen had the physical form akin to a hulking, flesh-based dragon.

A documented account lists these as Urayen's killers, and thus recongized as heroes by the Keepers and the Governor of Alwynter:

• Lemmy Jr., a Kobold Rockstar famed across all of Alwynter
