The Dwarven Tsardom

Headed from the Canton of Kharb, where the Tsar of the Tsardom lives; the Tsardom is divided into 5 provinces, akin to it's northern neighbour; the Alwynter Confederacy.
Provinces:

• Isles of Tumunz
• Dagger Rock Territories
• Greater Ullhaven
• Kharb Canton
• Dwargenhaug

A long, long time ago, the Tsardom itself was a member state of the Alwynter Confederacy.

The Distribution of Power:

Additionally, in the dwarven Magna Carta, power is seperated into three entities:

• The Overarching Executive: The Tsar,
• In Minor Cases, the Constabulary Force of the Tsardom is also considered a Executive Power
• Locally in Ullhaven, the Ignited Guard is the Executive Power, only trumphed by the Tsar himself
• The Overarching Judicial: Kharb Courts
• The Overarching Legislative: Elder Court of Nahum
