Tsar Morgion Kharb

The leader of the Dwarven Tsardom. He is the fourth monarch after the tsardom declared independence from the Confederacy of Alwynter.
Previous to this, tales of a old, old Dwarven Tsardom had a long and storied history among the Dwarves of the Alwynter Confederacy. Morgion often claims his ancestors saw it their task to make it a reality once more.
