Instability of Pascuit

Introduction

The Instability of Pascuit was a major political crisis and turmoil within the Pascuit government that was blamed after former Prime Minister, Alexander Kosmidis. Several groups inside of Pascuit criticized and accused the prime minister for neglecting the varying necessities of the people in order to empower the military for multiple reasons.

Background

In the year 1887, Prime Minister Alexander Kosmidis attempts to tackle a problem in the Federation in his very first acts as prime minister. His predecessor pledged to give rise to Stability in the Federation but were never sucessful. For 10 years thag Alexander was Prime minister, he neglected support for the people in favor of investing on the military. The justification for this was to make a response to the "Campen Border Crisis" which was a series of border conflicts with neighboring Adda. According to multiple sources, Alierum and Mesed was by far the most Stable compared to all of the states in the Federation. Meanwhile the Makarian and Miloamenian states was thought to be the ones suffering the greatest from the crisis. However, as time proceeds, the Occidenta Region achieved very high unstable and corrupt records that it alarmed multiple government officials in Pascuit. There were organizations and factions that vowed to "revive" Occidenta, and one of their commitments was to secede from the federation. The factions believed that the non-independent state of Occidenta was the only thing causing the downfall of the state at that period due to its neglection by Prime Minister Alexander. And if caused various groups to attempt to appear more seperated from the rest of the states. They believe their state was more split up as if it was a federation of its own with its own problems.

History

Alexander appointed that the first act he must accomplish was to deal with Occidenta's low security in the region. As a rejoinder, he started bringing in more Police forces to the city, said police forces are to have additional equipments and training to deal with the rising crime rates in the region. Additionally, the government would sponsor parties and groups that could have a potential benefit to the region in order to make the region more profitable for the federation. Alexander's plan was a success. They elected Mayors and Officials that authorized the modernization of the region. Said "Modernization" included the mass construction of new buildings, housing complexes, etc. And by constructing new housing complexes, it solved the rising problem of poor housing coverage in the area. The construction of large roads was also planned but delayed a few times due to difficulties with accessible resources. This new innovation by Alexander also circulated to Miloamenia and the Makarian Region which were also "modernized".
