This undistinguished six-story building houses several freelance thieves who occasionally cooperate to avoid close attention from the Thieves' Guild.

Also called tenement house. a run-down and often overcrowded apartment house, especially in a poor section of the City of Lankhmar

Sensory & Appearance
very little light creeps into hall areas which have trash and garbage covering the floors. People shout and scream from behind the doors. The smell of raw sewage is everywhere.
