Wish Maker

In the hierarchy of the Mont Theocracy, the Wish Makers are second in reputation only to tehe Attached of the Harmonic Doctrine. The Wish Makers are in charge of breeding horses for any purpose and are masters of their craft, it is because of them that Horses from Montihume are so highly prized. There is internal competition between the Northern and Southern Wish Makers.

The two main breeds are the Genie and the Djinn;

• Djinn are the most famous of the Mont horses, bred to be purely of one colour, often showing which breeder they are from. They are large and powerful, often used as war horses. They excel on the wide open plains and have large amounts of stamina. They make good work horses but are often valued too highly for the job.

• The Genies are smaller horses that are faster than Djinn in a sprint, but struggle over longer distances. They are used by herders, messengers and scouts usually.
