Callitrigorans

The glazing golden fur covering their small bodies is famous far and wide in Lantartia. It stops short of their palms, soles and the under side of the end of their long tails and their monkey like faces is also furless. The skin color tends to be brownish, beige, pink, red or blue. Although it’s rare, orange, red, white, black, nut or stone gray colored fur tones on their fur are not unheard of.

They tend to live in small groups of a few dozens to hundreds of people and seem content to keep some distance to other communities, even though they are not particularly closed to outsiders. Their groups are notoriously pacific and they are fond of games, solitaire or social. It matters not which.

Callitrigorans are particularly knowledgeable about astrology and they have rituals to worship the moons and even mount festivals with secret games in the honor of those heavenly bodies. Some scholars’ scrolls have words describing such games and they mention that they transform into large monstrous ravenous versions of themselves that quench for blood and fury while they fight one another. Although that is commonly discredited among scholastic circles as unsubstantiated myths, exaggerations or confusion with were beings.

Callitrigorans are famous to love entertaining and they team up easily, specially on traveling abroad, which the greatest portion of them seems to do. They speak of and offer hospitality more than a dwarf to his or her friends do, but contrary to their comforting presence in several Adventurers Guild headquarters, the temporary settlements of this people is seldom seen.
