Ellurnil (elves)
This sub race of elf has been a non prominent minority for most of elven history, even having numbers similar to that of the Laiknil elves in the kingdom of Silraim.
This changed greatly after the Legend of Laira Elluën, beginning with the rescue of her beloved Prince Adlezglond Nayrulle and culminating with the glorious rise of the kingdom of Ellurya, stablished itself as the most widely known epic song of the Third Eon. After that, the Ellurnil (derived from the Elluën family name) became the standard by which the Elluën family. Other minority lineages were quick to associate themselves as much as possible to the Elluën family or their overall lineage that these elves spiked in population and diversity afterwards.
These elves are specially characterized for their agility, speed and athletic prowess, although they also have a magical knack to complement their intensive elven martial training of their culture. An ellurne is often portrayed as the typical adventurer. Which comes as no surprise since they count among the highest numbers of Lantartia’s total adventurers and the Adventurer’s Guild was founded in and supported by the new Kingdom of Ellurya. Meaning that they both attract and bring up several new members constantly.
