Odd Tattoos

Overview

After waking up in a cave with no memory of how they got there a group of four strangers found an odd hourglass tattoo on each of their bodies. Later they met a fifth person who shared these symbols. They also have begun to have visions that seem to be related to their tattoos. Whatever these marks mean, it seems they are counting down to something. The party is now trying to figure out what that "something" is
