Public Agenda

Halflings has always been weak in power and their influence in the world has been close to none. The fault does not only lie at the hands of other but the halflings themself as they do not see a reason to interact with the rest of the world. For the good of the halfling race the Cultists of the blue dragon Dorvandur will teach the other halflings the way of power. They have not yet made a pact with Dorvandur (who is an young blue dragon residing in the abandoned watchtower) but watch him from afar. When the time is right and they have gathered a treasure worthy the dragon they will gift it to him in hope for his power.
