Is given out by DM when gaining your first spell slot unless given one of the other 3 Elemental Mage, Basic features.

When you take this feature you may select 1 cantrip from the spellbook "Four Elements III: Fire”. You know this spell and may cast it as any spellcaster class you are
When you take this feature you may select 1 lv 3 or lower spell from the spellbook "Four Elements III: Fire”. You know this spell and may cast it as any spellcaster class you are (even if you normally would not have been able to learn a spell of this level due to multi classing). When gaining a level you may change the spell gained by this feature to another appropriate spell.
Additionally, when you cast a spell included in "Four Elements III: Fire” through a magic item it is upcast by one level.

Fire Mage, Advanced

You may spend 1 minute casting Investiture of Fire once per long rest (Requiring no spell slots).
When you take this feature you may select 1 lv 6 or lower spell from the spellbook "Four Elements III: Fire”. You know this spell and may cast it as any spellcaster class you are (even if you normally would not have been able to learn a spell of this level due to multi classing). When gaining a level you may change the spell gained by this feature to another appropriate spell.
Warlock: When you gain a Mystic Arcanum you all spells in "Four Elements III: Fire” counts as warlock spells for you.

Fire Mage, Expert

Is given out by DM when gaining your first 7th level spell slot (or 7th level Mystic Arcanum) while having the Fire Mage, Advanced feat.

You may cast Investiture of Fire once per short rest instead of once per long rest, using an action to do so and it requiring no concentration.
When you take this feature you may select 1 lv 9 or lower spell from the spellbook "Four Elements III: Fire”. You know this spell and may cast it as any spellcaster class you are (even if you normally would not have been able to learn a spell of this level due to multi classing). When gaining a level you may change the spell gained by this feature to another appropriate spell.
