The Four Laws of Mordil

Mordil is one of the first cities of Lavera and it was the first city to have real laws. There was 4 laws in the beginning and they were:
1) Only the one that is ready to die shall kill and so says the law. Anyone who slays one who is unarmored shall also be slain that way.
2) Only the one that is ready to lose all shall cause loss to their next and so says the law. Anyone who steals from teir neighboor shall willingly give away three times that amount to the neighbour, three times that amount to Mordil and three times that amount to the Church of Menra
3) Only the one that is ready to destroy their own life shall destroy the life of another and so says the law. Anyone who sexualy abuses another is banned from Mordil for the rest of their life. They are outlaws. Anyone striking them to death shall not be punished for such a person that abuses anotehr can not longer be called a person, but just a beast.
4) Only the one that is ready to never talk again shall stay silent before the law and so says the law. Anyone who lies about a crime or in any other deliberately way hinders justice shall get their tounge cut out.
