Fundi (Fɵndi)
Fundi is the language of the Fundi and Funds peoples. It has it roots in Archaic Abrondic but its parent language is Old Fundi. Both the Fundi and the Funds dialects are heavily influenced by Sezarian and Virskalli. The former mainly by Virskalli and the later mainly by Sezarian. This mirrors the political division of the Fundi/Funds. While they are of the same cultural group the ones calling themselves Fundi are those who never got conquered by the Sezar Empire while the Funds are the ones living in the Sezar province Fundia.
Dialects
The different Fundi dialects can be divided in three groups Clear Fundi, Fundi-Virkallian and Sezaro-Fundi. Clear Fundi dialects are spoken by the tribes not concurred by the Sezar Empire but never was in the way of the Virskallian migration. Due to that these dialects uses less loan-words from Sezarian and Vriskalli. Fundi-Virskallian dialects are spoken by the Fundi peoples living in areas the Virskalli consider theirs, like the eastern Bloodforest or in close contact with the Virskalli. Some of the Fundi-Virskallian dialects could almost be described as new languages created from the two languages rather than a dialect of either one of them. Sezaro-Fundi is baby the most uniform of the groups of dialects. It is heavily influenced by Sezarian but unlike som Fundi-Virskallian dialects does the Sezaro-Fundi dialects keep their linguatical identity as its own language.Phonology
