L'Arch-Magos Explorator Augustus Qagarx IV organise une croisade d'exploration dans les Étoiles du Halo en rassemblant une proportion inédite de mercenaires des Armées Étrangères, des forces de différents Rogue Traders de même que la Navis Imperialis et Astra Militarum Goriae.   Il détermine la zone qu'il appelle la Ceinture du Halo, et décrète la création des Protectorats Tertiaris et Quatro.

Arch-Magos Explorator Augustus Qargax-IV has been preparing an explorator fleet with elements from the Templarii Goriae, Mannagharn Skitarii Legions and fifty Foreign Army mercenaries Grand Companies. With cohort of servitors and the house militias of the Templarii Goriae, Augustus Qagarx-IV establishes two outpost in the Halo Stars to create a blocade to prevent new assaults from the Rak’Gol as they happened from 142 to 176. The Arch-Magos Explorator states that he also hopes to discover the Rak’Gol homeworld or focal point to deal a huge blow against them. The Mechanicum treaties secured the alliance of the Templarii Goriae while guaranteeing to the Roberts Family the possibility of investigating and organising a preemptive strike against the remnants of the Second Order if they were to be found.   While some measure of small orkish empires and primitive Lhi-Nar worlds were encountered and purged, there were no sightings of the Rak’Gol origins. Under Qagarx-IV leadership, the newly founded protectorates started the intense production of raw ores for the industries of the Gorian Sector while also developing extensive cloning facilities for the automatisation of servitor defence of this newly created realm.
