Réformes du Lord Sector Alexel Septimus Gorich

As both Lord Sector Goriae and Lord Inquisitor Goriae, Alexel Septimus Gorich enforced dozens of sector-wide legislation covering many aspects of Imperial Life and consolidating his political powers while using his Blackwatch enforcers and Highlanders to supplement Arbites and Inquisitorial Operatives in the enforcing of his dictates. Some of these forced minimal standards upon civilian rights, security standards in working areas, mandatory scolarisation and medical care. These laws were implemented while mostly being applied from the cash flow of nobility, trade guilds and regents of different worlds to grant citizenry a minimal quality of life that had the following impact of enhancing current satisfaction and stability in the life of Imperial Citizenry while reducing criminality and the feeling of being powerless that more often than not opened the door for heresy and revolutionary thoughts.   Alexel also enhanced quality restriction upon the tithing of military forces and the standard of planetary defence forces to ensure that the Gorian Sector would never ever be as defenceless as it once was, while also secretly eliminating those that opposed him or where known opponents of his political views.   Of course, Alexel Septimus was not able to implement everyone of his objectives and had to deal with many adeptas and agency to get what he wanted, such as a greater access to basic technological tools and weapons for the most primitive and needing worlds in exchange that mechanicum worlds and domains wouldn’t be affected nor subtly influenced by his decrees while in exchange from Administratum keeping its tithes to the Imperium at large at the same level to not further exploit his now more able population, he had to deal the installment of more centralised information gathering and grant access to his Blackwatch forces to Administratum official that then had the possibility to save on the meagre resources of Arbites preccint fortresses.   While many opponents secretly denounced that most adeptas got greater power and influence than ever, Alexel truly did enhance the quality of life of the most common citizenry of the Imperium of Man at the expense of some of the wealthiest fortunes, while hardly composing with all the influences and the political web that surrounded him. However, these reforms never attained their true potential with the arrival of a new threat that the Gorian Sector was at least prepared for this time.
