Des réformes politiques et économiques remettent de l'ordre dans le Secteur Gorien.

Under the rule of Janeko Junior the Second, which was aged twelve when he took the reigns from his ailing grand-uncle, the Gorian Sector benefitted from a second breath. Trade deals were made to bring back many chartist captains in the sector while the tithe was reduced to encourage them in developping their industries and commercial charters with worlds building themselves anew.   He offered wasted dynasties and merchants the opportunity to colonise and obtain governance of destroyed worlds and invested a lot of resources on the paradise world of Katiuska Secundus, granting the Gorian elite a magnificient palace on its moon for those that would invest in their worlds.   While this had the remarkable effect of saving the Gorian Sector from total collapse, the government continued to the indebt itself to the Passeran Dominion of the Surepar sub-sector, confident that, one day, they would be able to reinstate greater level of tithe and profit from those numerous investments made by chartist captains, trade cartels and rogue traders families in the sector.   When the Margin Crusade seemed to be unable to progress in the Halo Stars from the Calixis, Scarus and Ixaniad Sector, Lord Janeko Junior petitionned Segmentum Command and Segmentum Synod for the right to welcome the crusading forces in the sector, believing that he could reduce the quantity of ressources invested in Battlefleet Goriae and Astra Militarum Goriae by counting on the passing forces to the Crusade to reduce the economical strain on his administrative tithe and grant him the chance to repay his dept to the Passeran Dominion.
