Navigator Houses and Astropathic Choirs realised there was a pull in the Warp surrounding the Dark Omen and to their surprise, they realised that the black hole just connected with many warp passages that collapsed against the gravitic currents of the celestial phenomenon. Likewise, they realised that the powerful energies of the Golden Rift were being siphoned and for the first time, the glow of the Rift was so diminished as to imply that it had lost up to 10% of its spiritual light. While this helped in-sector navigation greatly, this event catastrophically reduced warp navigation in the rest of Imperium Nihilius.
