Military action
Les éléments restants de la Flotte Gorienne et de la Force de Frappe Dryaedes mènent une campagne de reconquête du Groupement Dryaedes et rétablissent l'ordre.
The joint task-force of the Dryaedes Fleet and Battlefleet Goriae are joined with elements from Battlefleet Calixis and Ixaniad under the command of Chapter Master Gabriel Seth of the Flesh Tearers and two Primaris Marines companies from the chapter. The War is prosecuted in a bloody and expeditive manner, Gabriel Seth ordering all worlds with loyal citizen of the Imperium of commiting to open rebellion against their heretical overlord or, otherwise, be subjected to chemical weapons bombardment. Each world where the populace stayed docile to their tyrant were bombed and purged from orbit and the vestigial remains of its resistance quelled by Astra Militarum task forces, while those worlds that stood against their oppressors where either liberated by Astartes insertion forces that killed and neutralised heretical assets or by a combined-arms onslaught from the Astra Militarum, rogue trader forces and navy assets. The greatest losses of the Dryaedes Crusade happened when Lord Seth ordered the bombing of the Janeko home worlds and some of his associated chartist captains and Rogue Traders refused outright to obey. Gabriel Seth was so enraged that he visited by teleportation the bridge of each ship to personally slay each commander. Some resisted, their forces loyal to their renegade officer, and entered a short but bloody naval conflict with the Astartes strike cruiser. The personal headquarter of the Arch-Nemesis of Sontha is found and attacked by aggressor and invictor warsuit assaults resulting in the complete slaughter of his main lieutenants, but the heretic is not found. The Dryaedes Crusade is ended with the retaking and ensuing arbites and inquisitorial investigations.
