Reshaluna

Nearly 2 million square miles of surface area, Reshaluna is the home world of the Allusv people. Predating the reawakening Reshaluna was adrift within the Azian Rift when the Allusv people awoke. It took several centuries for the Allusv people to find the Codices of Revelations. At present only 52% of the ship is explored. Most unexplored areas are locked via ancient security protocols.
The ship is divided into three major levels. The upper levels are the command and control center of the ship. It has mostly been explored save for several areas that are blocked by security doors. It can house nearly half a million occupants within its living quarters. Below is the majority of the ship which is a flat artificially made world. It has nearly all types of environments save deserts and tundras. Most of this world is populated with a few pockets of the world not explored. It holds nearly 13 billion people. The lower decks, commonly called the Underdark, is considered to be a land of dead technology. Some see it as a literal underworld where the spirits of the ancestors go. This is a place of no light. Few expeditions have been made. Only one returned. Their minds shattered by the dark. A fortress protects the only known entrance to it. It is known as Fort Fall.
The name Reshaluna means Mother Radiance. The name is bound up in millennia of traditions and deeply revered spiritual believes. Over the last several centuries the Reshaluna principle has developed. It proposes that all the organic and inorganic systems form an emergent system that is dynamic and self-regulating through a complex system that works to maintain and perpetuate the constant conditions. Others view Reshaluna as the first and primary among the Allusv's Aspects. Though this isn't considered to be orthodox. This has caused some major tensions within the religious communities of the Allusv but most of them will agree that Reshaluna seems to be sentient.

Reshaluna is controlled by the guiding hand of the Conclave of the Rift. The caste that rules the Conclave not only leads the Allusv people and their fleet but also Reshaluna's internal systems and their power supplies. The eldest or the most influential and powerful within the caste hold any of the leadership positions. The rest of the caste acts as governing officials.
Reshaluna is the central government but over the last several centuries a new power has arisen to rival the authority of the Conclave. The Admiralty Board, created by all the admirals of the fleet. This has caused tensions among the various castes.

Reshaluna is considered to be one of the greatest markets within the Coalition space. The largest city on the eastern seaboard, Sejit Tanem, not only houses a full compliment of most major digital markets but also the multi-cultural terrestrial markets, both legal and black market wares. Yet these pale in comparison to the one thing most Allusv people love: Gambling. They share this passionate and infectious infatuation with the rest of the galaxy through sprawling multilevel casinos and betting hubs. This is why Reshaluna is not only the 7th wonder of the galaxy but also the 8th. Many industrious offworlders come there seeking to test their luck in the intricate gamble of supply, demand and slots, each hoping to win their fortune and retire. Those who find themselves unfortunate enough to become indebted to the Conclave typically repay their debt with service time.
Natives engage in the normal terrestrial industries and agriculture. Their hydro and aquaponic farms produce many tasty fruits and vegetables, such as the galactically loved Benzu apple and the patented Kibori herb. The various castes each have something unique to offer. The Priest teacher caste make their money from a tithes of the faithful and ensure all those seeking their advise and wisdom are instructed. The Ascendancy, or tech class, work within Reshaluna's starforges. Creating unique and powerful items enchanted with the Expanse as well as unique metals known only to the Ascendancy. The Merchant caste runs Sejit Tanem and works closely with the Seeker Explorer caste who brings back salvaged and imported cargo. The Seeker Explorer caste also has the Jorazia Institute that brokers information. The Warrior caste sometimes acts as body guards or sometimes bounty hunters. They also run all of the security and collect money from fines.
Assets
The Expanse is a powerful artifice that predates the reawakening of the Allusv people. It has the power to allow objects and people to move through the void causing them to appear to teleport. It produces shards known as pylons that are heavily intertwined with Allusv technology.
