The Corsair Covenant was made between the newly appointed Magelord Ato and the Nineth Prophet Prince. The ceremony ended the Horizon war and bound the two factions together to fight against the newest threat known as Aruna Kestra, the Writhing Voice. The Covenant was made aboard the pirate ship formally known as the Siren's Revenge.
