Harbin Wester

Harbin Wester is the Phandalin Townmaster this year. A banker from Neverwinter by trade, he bears an irrational fear of dragons and has refused to leave his home since hearing of rumors of the white dragon flying round the region.
He conducts all the town business from his home, including having paid jobs posted to the job board, and paying bounties for completed jobs under the door.
His half-brother Tobin has begun a logging venture in Neverwinter Wood. Generally the Wood does not offer any trees worth harvesting since the spellplague and sundering, but Tobin has been confident he could gather plenty of good wood to help rebuild Neverwinter and make a tidy profit.
