Aramatteo

Once a quite unremarkable coastal village, Aramatteo has rapidly grown in size over the last two decades after the rediscovery of an ancient tin mine that stretches out under the sea for at least a mile. The mine is believed to have been built in the time of the Empire of Kataris, but abandoned during the years of anarchy after the Empire's fall. Though this has brought wealth to the town, it has not been universally popular; the population influx has provoked some significant tensions between the humans and dragonborn who have inhabited the village for generations, and dwarven miners affiliated with the guilds in Cameri.
