Lady-Scion Constanzia Votellian, also known as "Conscience", was a tiefling, born into the High house of Votellian in 1197AK. She was taken in by the Hospital of Ekirena in infancy, and educated at the Academy of Gildenschloss thereafter.
She later joined the Gilded Tower, and was involved in conducting surveillance on the Jocastan Mission and Isabella Kruidenhandelaar from 1224-1226AK. It appears that she also had some connections with the Order of Heliodora Tyrantbane.
She is recorded as having died of Lyskan Fever in 1236AK, during the Second Lyskan Epidemic.
