Skatha Pteleon
An ancient ruined city of Katari origin, Skatha Pteleon was once a great port, said to be the seat of one of the Basilisk Queens. Little now remains of the ancient city, save for the harbour walls, which bear intricate abstract carvings which resemble waves and serpents. Though the ruins have been picked clean by centuries of looters, rumours abound of what might lurk beneath the silty waters - some claim that there are great networks of tunnels leading deep into the earth; others that the bay contains a fleet of lost ships, preserved deep in the mud and salt.
