Stephano di Cario di Bregzana

Stefano di Cario di Bregzana was a Savuran scholar and former soldier, who was secretly a high-ranking member of the Chamber Extraordinary. Acting on the direct orders of the Dictator of Savura, Dracomallion Anaximander di Sola di Triponzo, he led an expedition to the legendary Kab Melekh, the lost tomb of the ancient queen Melekhandra of Vash Ossai, in order to attempt to understand the location's unusual magic and harness it for the benefit of Savura.
Though his expedition was able to locate and enter Kab Melekh, the actions of Tzatu'yshan prevented his mission from being successful, and led to his death at the hands of the goblins of the Beetles of Zhenzh.
His confidential orders were recovered by the survivors of Kab Melekh after his death.
