Alice, Cleric of Akadi -RIP-
Alice was born in 1474 DR in Spirit Soaring, a temple to the gods Deneir and Oghma located high in the Snowflake Mountains. The temple also included a shrine dedicated to the worship of Akadi, the Queen of Air, who was the embodiment of the element of air and goddess of elemental air, speed, and flying creatures.
Both of Alice's parents were air genasi worshippers of Akadi who had made the long trek from Calimshan so their daughter could be born in the Spirit Soaring and become a cleric. Before they reached the temple, however, they were attacked by a pair of wyverns. Fortunately, Brother Hildebrand, a young human scholar of Deneir who was out gathering herbs came upon the deadly encounter. Unfortunately, he was not able to save Alice's mother who suddenly gave birth to a premature genasi baby. The scholar rushed back to the temple where he brought the baby before the clerics of Akadi telling them about the baby's mother's wish of her child someday becoming a cleric of Akadi. Luckily, the clerics were able to save the baby whom they later named Alice, which meant "exalted" in Chondathan.
In 1479 DR, the gods of Spirit Soaring, had vanished and the cathedral became home to an unknown threat, forcing the clerics who were raising Alice, who was five at the time, to flee the temple. They would eventually rebuild a shrine to Akadi in the foothills bordering the Barony of Tanistan. a part of the monarchy of Erlkazar encompassing the Plains of Pehrrifaal.
Alice spent the next 15 years at the shrine dedicating her life to being a devout cleric of Akadi as her parents wanted. Akadi, as an immortal being of freedom and travel, instructs her followers to move as much as possible from place to place and from activity to activity which meant her worshippers did not stay in one place for too long. So when Alice turned 20, she left the shrine and ventured off on her own.
In the fall of 1494 DR, she came upon a manor where she joined a group of adventurers on a mission to discover what happened to a baroness who had failed to return home to her husband in Five Spears Hold.

Alice is currently with the adventuring company known as The Amazing Bastardos in the lost city of Omu somewhere in the jungles of Chult, hoping to find the means to put an end to the Death Curse.Alice, Cleric of Akadi, is played by Hannah W.
