Cultists Interrupted. Mortlock Vanthampur. A New Beginning.

23 Eleint, The Year of Twelve Warnings (1494 DR)     Dungeon of the Dead Three, Baldur's Gate, the Sword Coast
The three adventurers, having killed any remaining cultists of the Dead Three, continued through the dungeon.   Later, they ran into a burly man named Mortlock Vanthampur, who thanked them for unknowingly helping rescue him from the cultists. Mortlock said he was going to leave the dungeon and leave Baldur's Gate as well. He mentioned starting a new career exporting Kaeth beans which were becoming very popular when ground up and used in a drink called coffee.   The three later found three chests filled with coins and jewelry.   They took what they could carry on them, left the dungeon, and returned to Sindra Silvane to collect their reward.   After, the three decided to leave Baldur's Gate.           DM's Note: Because we only played on Saturdays and my personal schedule made it difficult to continue DMing on Saturdays, I had to cancel these Saturday gaming sessions.     However, the module is an epic one so I decided to use it with our Friday night group. That group already has established characters that are high enough in levels to handle the next chapter of this module. I look forward to seeing how this module turns out with a new group of players and characters.
