The Liberation of Helm's Shieldhall and a side-quest for Ontharr Frume

The City of Elturel, Avernus, First Layer of the Nine Hells
The adventuring company known as Wink's Warriors took a much-deserved rest after liberating Helm's Shieldhall from the bone devil, Yaltezzicma and the devil under his charge. Thanks to the brave adventurers, Yaltezzicma, a bone devil killed by Ontharr Frume years ago on the Material Plane was now and forever permanently slain. Over one hundred survivors were saved as well. After, Ontharr Frume, a war priest of Helm asked Wink's Warriors if they would further help him. He asked the adventurers to make their way to the Dragoneye Dock House, the estate of Marisima Rathanda, a Hellrider, and her husband, a harbormaster who ran Elturels' Dragoneye Docks. on the River Chionthar before the city was pulled into Avernus. Ontharr said there is a hidden supply of devil-fighting weapons in the dockhouse they could use against any further attempts at attacking Helm's Shieldhall. The war priest said he had sent two Hellriders, Dunmar Axeshine and Niri Whistlewood, to retrieve the weapons sometime the day before but they had not arrived since. He added that it should not have taken the two that long to return unless something happened to them. The group agreed to help Ontharr Frume recover the weapons and find out what happened to the two missing Hellriders.
